Industrial Museum

Industrial museum with memories from an era of the past

The world's first sulphite pulp mill was established in Bergvik in 1874. An part of the original factory building now houses an industrial museum and restaurant. In the museum, visitors can learn more about the industrial development in the lower part of Ljusnan and about CD Ekman, who made the sulphite pulp method industrial possible. The premises are also suitable for conferences, cultural events and meetings.
