Garden café at the World Heritage Erik-Anders Hälsingland Farm
The menu at our café follows the rhythm of the seasons, where each season offers its own delicacies. The cakes transform according to what ripens in the garden, starting with rhubarb and then moving on to wild strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and currants. We also serve homemade juice according to the season.
Our aim is to use locally sourced and organic ingredients as much as possible - for your well-being and the environment. We utilize our own kitchen garden as much as we can, growing salads, vegetables, and flavorful herbs.
